TMEdit is a free Online WYSIWYG editor for Joomla! and Mambo.

TMEdit is based upon InteractiveTools' discontinued project htmlArea3 and as a highly optimised and specifically for the use with Joomla! and Mambo extended editor became very popular in the community, known as HTMLArea3 XTD and also was released as the first editor with its own configuration component HTMLArea3 XTD-C.

TMEdit in many ways differs from the initial version: for example an ImageManager and a FileManager were added and also the opportunity to link to published articles inside Joomla! and Mambo - a feature that Joomla! and Mambo still are missing.

Please note: In comparison to XHTMLSuite - our professional and powerful editor - TMEdit has many limitations and less features. Since TMEdit is free software, we do not provide any support.
